Technical Sales Support - Industrial Equipment Application Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key link between Sales, Engineering, and Operations, you will analyze client technical needs to optimize win-win solutions.

You will represent our company's OEM and distributed brands of specialty pumps, mixers, associated products, maintenance, and repair services for western Canada and select US Rockies regions to different markets, including refinery, gas and oil plants, pipelines, midstream, pulp and paper, mining, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 4-10+ years of progressive specialty industrial equipment application engineering, technical sales support, and perhaps some detailed design/product development skills and experience, ideally with solid industrial pump experience.

An engineering degree is a must, ideally a BSc in Mech Eng, open to other engineering disciplines with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support to clients in western Canada and select US Rockies regions.
  • Analyze client technical needs to optimize win-win solutions.
  • Represent our company's OEM and distributed brands of specialty pumps, mixers, associated products, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams.
