Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

Barburrito at University of Alberta is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and processing of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of operations.
- Coordinate and schedule activities of workers to meet production demands and deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage processing or a related field.
- Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Certificate.
- Knowledge of Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Reliability and flexibility are essential.
