About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and liquor laws.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • 6 months of hands-on experience in a serving position.
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
  • ProServe certification is an asset but not required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
