Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Opus Restaurant and Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
