About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to join our team as the Director of Urban Mobility Solutions. As a key member of our Transit, Bikes, and Scooters (TBS) group, you will be responsible for driving the success of our urban mobility solutions and leading our teams in Montreal and Longueuil.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial management and growth of the Urban Mobility Solutions account
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy focused on engineering and SaaS-based solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, and municipalities
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and expansion into new markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales, government, consulting, finance, operations, and/or client success
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the urban mobility market
- Experience in contract negotiation and policy development, with the ability to lead a RFP process from start to finish
- International experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights
- Ability to create a consensus among cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
