Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 2463175 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our front desk team, ensuring excellent guest service and a smooth hotel operation.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all guest requests are met.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Operations: Requisition materials and supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in an urban area, specifically in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
