Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 2463175 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our hotel staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth hotel experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked hotel.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Co-ordinate and review work to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in an urban area hotel setting.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
