Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2463175 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel.
    • Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
