Store Operations Specialist

Join our team at Bulk Buy Mart - Innisfail as a dedicated Convenience Store Clerk. This is a permanent position offering a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
Work EnvironmentAs a member of our retail establishment, you will be working in a fast-paced setting that includes:
- Confectionery and corner store
- Rental shop
- Retail business
- Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Bakery and fast food
Your role will involve various tasks, including:
- Operating the cash register efficiently
- Performing data entry with accuracy
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in the display and arrangement of merchandise
- Conducting sales transactions through online platforms
- Engaging with customers to discuss their needs and preferences
You will primarily handle:
- Food and food products
This position requires:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to handle tight deadlines
- Attention to detail in all tasks
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and repetitive tasks
- Weight handling of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
