Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial success.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee development and growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
