Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team and driving sales growth through effective store operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Plan and organize daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandise and Services: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, as well as plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Mentorship Programs: Opportunities for professional development and growth, including mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.

- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- English: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Permanent Position: Full-time position with a 35-hour workweek and permanent employment.
