Senior Project Manager Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills to collaborate with and/or direct business analysts, technical, and operational staff to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple medium to high complexity projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong financial and project acumen.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to conduct planning and develop the project charter, goals, objectives, and delivery approach.
  • Perform risk planning and analysis, including risk identification and risk response planning.
  • Assess organizational change management requirements and work with the business to prepare an organizational change management plan.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a supply chain and/or technology delivery environment.
  • University degree in supply chain, computer science, business, management of information systems, engineering, or related fields.
  • PMP (PMI), Prince2, or Agile Project Management (APMG) certification preferred.
  • Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
