Materials Inventory Specialist

Groupe BMR is seeking a Materials Inventory Specialist to enhance their operations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver exceptional service to foster customer loyalty
  • Assess customer requirements and offer expert guidance on building materials, windows, doors, and flooring solutions
  • Assist in promoting department merchandise through effective display, visual presentation, labeling, and merchandising strategies
  • Exhibit physical capability to handle and assemble heavy products while managing stock levels
  • Remain knowledgeable about new product offerings and their specifications
  • Keep abreast of promotional activities and circulars to maximize merchandising effectiveness
  • Acquire a fundamental understanding of all store products
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and loss prevention policies
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management related to the role

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with building materials, windows, doors, and flooring (preferred)
  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach
