About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Kahm Electrical Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Communication: Assemble and prepare data for periodic and special reports, and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.
  • Work Environment: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
