About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at 15250226 Canada Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and drive business expansion.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our marketing and sales efforts, and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
