As an integral part of our team at Sparkling Hill Resort, the Overnight Hotel Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Address and resolve any complaints or concerns raised by guests, ensuring a pleasant stay.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the registration process for guests and efficiently handle their departures.
  • Room Assignments: Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
  • Information Provider: Offer insights about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Financial Transactions: Process check-outs and payments, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and paperwork.
