Job Summary

Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Medline Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Dartmouth distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
  • Inspect, sort, and store stock in a safe and secure manner
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with material handling equipment and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
