Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Coast Tire & Auto Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Schedule and coordinate transportation conveyances, assemble containers and crates, and inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate dollies and hand trucks, hoists or winches, and other equipment as needed.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain internal record-keeping systems, including tracking inventory levels, shipping and receiving records, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
