Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Coast Tire & Auto Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and organized manner.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all warehouse activities, including inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
