As a project manager, you will spearhead and implement strategic initiatives related to the Small Business and Atlantic Pricing strategy. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Program Manager and relevant stakeholders to define, map, implement, test, and launch key project milestones while supporting operational activities and market entry strategies. Advanced critical thinking skills will be essential to synthesize information and make informed decisions that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage comprehensive, transformational, and complex strategic projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee business requirements, user experience narratives, and system design evaluations to ensure all issues are documented and addressed.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and project solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend scalable business and technical solutions that fulfill client and business needs.
- Facilitate the successful delivery of project requirements to meet client expectations.
- Document process mapping and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement.
- Effectively manage customer expectations throughout the solution development process.
- Contribute to the creation of quality test plans and engage in testing processes.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the Project Team and Senior Management.
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives with agility in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
- Experience managing projects or programs and supporting key milestones (requirements, design, testing, delivery, risk management, issue management, critical path identification, and post-normalization).
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- Quick comprehension of business processes, products, and services to align with strategic objectives.
- Strong research, analytical, data collection, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized to execute tasks precisely and effectively.
- Willingness to innovate and explore new approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
