Transforming Technology for Business Success

Dexterra Group is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative information systems, driving business growth and improvement through technology. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing technology operations, improving business processes, and ensuring the reliable day-to-day operation of the technology infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute IT strategies, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead a high-performance team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Implement enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring data management and analytics support informed decision-making.
  • Assess and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks, designing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Oversee annual operating and capital budgets for IT and supporting company-wide infrastructure.
  • Communicate IT plans, policies, and technology trends to stakeholders, including management and operational groups.
  • Establish and monitor KPI metrics, reporting to the executive management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership, including software development, data strategy, and IT in a service industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-quality application systems and overseeing enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex projects with bottom-line impact, including technology security and cyber-attack defenses.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, orchestrate, and drive change across a diverse and federated organization.
