Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our rental agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Environment:

Our rental agency is located in a rural area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide accurate information
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Security and Safety:

We require a driving record check (abstract) and a valid driver's license. Public transportation is available, but a vehicle is not required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
