Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth operation
* Communicate effectively with guests and team members
* Prepare and present food and drinks in a fast-paced environment
* Coordinate front counter, drive-thru, mobile order, and pick-up order activities
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness goals
