About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Crew Member. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and present food and drinks to a high standard, following McDonald's quality and safety procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
