Restaurant Manager Job Description

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and its services to attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The restaurant is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
