Restaurant Manager Job Description

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Food and Service Quality: Ensure that all food and beverages meet high-quality standards, and that customer service is exceptional.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
