Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping to protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their daily insurance needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Support the Account Executives in processing and servicing new business, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage queries and up-sell products to new and existing clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers, ensuring access to the best solutions for our customers.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry training and courses, staying ahead of the curve in the insurance industry.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each insurance company's products, endorsements, packages, and payment plans, providing expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License required.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs, with a strong understanding of insurance software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset, but not required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $67,000, depending on experience.
