As a Law Clerk specializing in Commercial Lending, you will be an integral part of our legal team, focusing on complex transactions within the financial lending and commercial real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the initiation of files and documentation.
- Draft legal documents for lenders and clients.
- Conduct thorough searches and requisitions related to properties, PPSA, bankruptcies, and writs.
- Coordinate with legal representatives of borrowers.
- Review and finalize private mortgages, deeds, discharge of charges, notices, applications, and liens.
- Examine agreements of purchase and sale.
- Prepare comprehensive final reports for lenders.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of client service.
