Job Title: Account Executive

Encore Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients to ensure retention of current business and support the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality event solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in the events industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle.

Work Environment:

Office

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.
