Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for new products and potential upselling.
- Handle incoming calls and process orders efficiently.
- Open new customer accounts and expand our client base through proactive outreach.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to generate sales leads.
- Input orders into our system accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new products.
- Provide pricing quotes and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Manage credits and debits as necessary.
- Facilitate product returns when required.
- Offer technical support and product information to customers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to freight and expedite orders as needed.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or commercial product sales.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling and pricing strategies.
- Demonstrated sales achievements and a progressive track record.
- Solid business acumen and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Post-secondary education in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
