Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for new products and potential upselling.
  • Handle incoming calls and process orders efficiently.
  • Open new customer accounts and expand our client base through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to generate sales leads.
  • Input orders into our system accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new products.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or commercial product sales.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements and a progressive track record.
  • Solid business acumen and a professional approach to client interactions.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
