Job Summary:

Olivier Honda Bathurst is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance services, inspecting and testing vehicles to locate faults and malfunctions, and adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, such as engine problems and transmission malfunctions.
  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
