Job Title: General Insurance Representative

At LEILA HOJABRI INSURANCE, we are seeking a highly skilled General Insurance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Calculate premiums and establish method of payment to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Establish client insurance coverage by ensuring appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed.
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features to clients.
  • Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of the work environment.
