Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales at CTS GLOBAL LOGISTICS CANADA INC. is a pivotal role responsible for steering the sales department towards achieving organizational goals.

Educational Requirements
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to execute company policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions and divisions.
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight; develop and endorse marketing strategies; and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements.
  • Recruit and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
