- Implement financial and administrative oversight; develop and endorse marketing strategies; and oversee human resources planning.
- Set strategic objectives for the organization and endorse policies and programs.
- Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements.
- Recruit and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach.
- Sound judgment and reliability.
- Highly organized with strong leadership capabilities.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
