Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team at 2812063 Ontario Inc. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership.

Educational Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements.
  • Recruit and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, oversee marketing campaigns, and manage human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Safety and Security

Must be bondable.
