Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Amayra Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Available to start immediately.
