Job Title: Windows Endpoint Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Endpoint Specialist to join our team at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft Windows stack on the Enterprise and will be responsible for assisting with the migration and integration of newly acquired businesses into the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement endpoint-related technologies into the firm.
  2. Ensure that the solutions we develop meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.
  3. Ensure that we meet the business's expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.
  4. Sustain existing systems by providing level-3 support to help investigate and identify the root cause for escalated issues.
  5. Create, review, maintain, and disseminate knowledge through documentation and demonstrations of the technologies, tools, and methodologies that are used to support them.
Requirements:
  1. Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10/11/Server 2019.
  2. Expertise with SCCM OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts.
  3. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
  4. Experience with Windows 10/11 Intune Modern Management.
  5. Extensive experience with Enterprise workloads migration to the cloud such as network drives content to Microsoft OneDrive for Business.
  6. Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.
  7. Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e., parsing event logs, SysInternals tools, analyzing memory dumps, etc.).
  8. Experience automating workflows and providing self-service capability.
  9. Client/Server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment.
  10. Experience designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  11. Ability to author technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with Microsoft Always-on-VPN.
  2. Understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them.
  3. Infrastructure systems including experience with Jira.
