About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Treatment Sales and Design Specialist to join our team at Linen Chest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers in selecting the perfect window treatments for their homes.

With a strong passion for design, sales, and building lifetime customer relationships, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

As a sales and design specialist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on window treatment options, including color, style, texture, and functionality.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Manage sales presentations and pitches to customers, ensuring that our products and services are presented in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for design, sales, and building lifetime customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement, with a college degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • In-home or outside sales experience, preferably in custom products/services or virtual selling.
  • Proficiency using computer software applications and ability to learn new technology and systems.
