Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze customer orders and instructions to optimize logistics operations
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Plan and organize logistics operations, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
- Track and complete work orders, maintaining accurate records and logs
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Communicate with remote operations, including ships and aircraft, to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is essential
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems
- Permanent full-time position
- 35 hours per week
- English language work environment
