About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Grater Family. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, including administration and reminders.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, providing transportation as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Home Health Care Worker with Grater Family, you will work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
