About the Role
As a Project Cost Controls, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, maintaining, and auditing project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality.
- Executing project planning and resource utilization.
- Preparing Quantity Take Offs, Insurance Requests, and Bonding Requests.
- Attending Site Visits and Pre Bid Meetings as necessary.
- Working with multiple Project Managers and Superintendents in your respective roles.
- Maintaining accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implementing cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
- Ensuring jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Controls.
- Estimating experience is an asset.
- Experience with cost consulting is an asset.
- Working with CCDC agreements is an asset.
- Ability to travel to project site, project is located in B.C.
- Work rotation TBD.
