Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Controls professional to join our team. As a Project Cost Controls, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and auditing project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality. You will also execute project planning, resource utilization, and prepare Quantity Take Offs, Insurance Requests, and Bonding Requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintenance, and auditing of project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality
  • Execution of project planning and resource utilization
  • Prepare Quantity Take Offs, Insurance Requests, and Bonding Requests
  • Attend Site Visits and Pre Bid Meetings as necessary
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and Superintendents in your respective roles
  • Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan
  • Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in Project Controls
  • Estimating experience is an asset
  • Experience with cost consulting is an asset
  • Working with CCDC agreements is an asset
  • Capable of travelling to project site, project is located in B.C.
  • Work rotation TBD
