Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and maintaining project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality, safety, and loss control programs.
- Executing project planning and resource utilization.
- Providing leadership to promote maximum productivity.
- Working with multiple Superintendents in their respective roles.
- Maintaining accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete, and implementing cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
- Ensuring jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
- 7-10 years of experience in heavy civil earthworks and road building is required.
- Experience with structural piling, concrete work, and underground utilities is an asset.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites.
