Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, costing, scheduling, and quality control of projects. You will work closely with multiple Superintendents to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality control programs.
- Execute project planning and resource utilization.
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity.
- Work with multiple Superintendents to ensure project success.
- Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete.
- Implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
- Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
- 7-10 years of experience in heavy civil earthworks and road building is required.
- Experience with structural piling, concrete work, and underground utilities is an asset.
- Capable of traveling between multiple sites.
