As a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and provide them with tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with customized solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- 1-2 years of front-line sales experience.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
