**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Great Blue Heron Charity Casino. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the supervision of our Food and Beverage employees in a fast-paced shift work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and manage a team of Food and Beverage employees to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a safe and efficient work environment, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Assist with hiring, training, evaluations, recognition, and development of staff members.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**

  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages.
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
