Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills:

  1. At least 10 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on scalable, high-performance applications with expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, REST, Microservices, Linux, and SQL.
  2. Proficient in developing secure server-side services using APIs such as Spring, Spring Batch/Boot/Integration, and RESTful Web Services.
  3. Experience in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-ready services in accordance with microservice architecture principles, actively participating in technical design discussions.
  4. Familiarity with various caching technologies (e.g., Ignite, Redis) and both NoSQL and SQL databases.
  5. Solid understanding of messaging and streaming technologies, including MQ and Kafka.
  6. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable Java code with unit tests.
  7. Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and automated testing frameworks.
  8. Strong capability to collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  9. Ability to manage module deliveries independently, multitask efficiently, and provide timely updates.
  10. Experience leading a team of 10 or more, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark/Scala.
  2. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Azure, OpenShift, AWS).
  3. Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
