About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Associate to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our commercial account team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying risk exposure, and developing innovative coverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests and review documentation for policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations
  • Collaborate with the client team on marketing requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Identify client risk exposure and develop and present coverage solutions
  • Establish account-specific service plans and delivery approaches
  • Coordinate client information with the Broker and Associate Broker/Broking Coordinator
