About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: You will be responsible for managing client relationships, including receiving and processing client requests, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with the client team on marketing requirements and deadlines.
  2. Risk Management: You will identify specific client risk exposure and develop innovative coverage solutions to support existing and new business growth.
  3. Policy Administration: You will establish account-specific service plans and delivery approaches to support coverage solutions and provide continued opportunity for Aon product/service exposure.
  4. Communication: You will coordinate client information with the Broking Team, prepare client service summaries, and review endorsements, cover notes, and certificates of insurance produced by the Broking Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Commercial Risk Experience: You should have some commercial risk experience and excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a broad range of audiences.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: You should have a meticulous attention to detail and refined organizational skills.
  • Digital Literacy: You should be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Ability to Learn Quickly: You should be able to learn quickly, including both self-directed learning and in-role training.
