We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Team Support: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and provide support to the team as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 40 hours per week.
