About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Team Support: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and provide support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 40 hours per week.
