About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Downtown Village. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of dishes and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
